Program overview

Connect Care Behavioral Health is an Intermountain Health virtual behavioral health program accessible from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mountain Time seven days a week for eligible participants ages 18 and older living in Utah, Idaho, or Nevada. Services are accessible through the Intermountain Health mobile application or by phone. Connect Care is staffed by PSRs and Psych NPs. It is available as an Urgent Care benefit. Clinical offerings include psychiatry services such as depression, substance misuse (SUD), and talk therapy for mild to moderate diagnoses with medication checks, refills, adherence, and management. This service currently does not support treatment for opioid misuse, complex eating disorders, schizophrenia, or crisis care.
