Notable Benefit Changes
Provider Network: All new plans have the same provider network. All contracted providers are contracted for all plans.
Preventive Care: Now includes physician prenatal services on all plans. For HSA plans, in-network physician maternity services and certain (IRS) preventive services are paid pre-deductible.
Coordination of Benefits: DMBA no longer supports coordination of benefits between two DMBA plans. Benefits will continue to be coordinated between DMBA plans and non-DMBA plans.
